On 30 November, Éva S. Balogh – historian, lecturer at Yale University, and editor of the English-language news portal Hungarian Spectrum – died at the age of 85. We remember her by sharing two of her pieces, as her articles on Lukács and the Archive provided a unique opportunity for foreigners to understand the context of our struggle.
